A resolution adopting a review process and standards of review for award of a Local Government Preference under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program
Summary:

The Florida Housing Finance Corporation (the "FHFC") will soon issue Request for Application #2018-112 (RFA 2018-112) under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.

The FHFC's competitive review process under RFA 2018-112 will give preference to applicants that have secured a financial contribution to  their project from the applicable local government (known as the "Local Government Area of Opportunity" preference). The purpose of this resolution is to adopt a review process and standards of review for the City of Orlando's possible award of a Local Government Area of Opportunity preference under RFA 2018-112.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No fiscal impact.
Recommended Action:
Adoption.
