Summary:

The contract with NEPC, LLC for Pension and Investment Consultant and Performance Measurement Services expires on September 30, 2018.  The Treasury Division is requesting approval to extend the current contract for an additional one (1) year through September 30, 2019.  The estimated amount for this extension is $230,000.00.

 

The one-year contract extension will allow the City time to complete work with NEPC on several in-process investment manager changes that impact several benefit plans. 

 

Due to the nature of these financial services, there are no opportunities for M/WBE subcontract participation.

Recommended Action:

Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to execute an amendment to extend the contract with NEPC LLC as indicated above, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
