Summary:
The Advisory Council of the Downtown South NID met on July 11, 2018; attached are the meeting minutes. The main topics of discussion was the NID Advisory Board recommending a 1.000 millage rate for the 2018/2019 fiscal year. This is consists with the previous set millage rate. Martin Hudson also presented some final details of the Orange Avenue Phase 1 project.
