Pursuant to the funding requirements of the Department’s grant, disadvantaged business enterprise (“DBE”) utilization shall be in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Department has established a DBE program in accordance with such federal laws and regulations. The City shall participate in the Department’s DBE race neutral program for this solicitation. There is no specific DBE participation goal on this Project, however the Department has an overall 10.65% DBE goal it must achieve. In order to assist Respondents in determining their DBE commitment level, the City has estimated 2.4% DBE availability on this Project.
