Releases of Easement - Orange County Public Schools
Summary:

Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) has requested that OUC and the City of Orlando release several existing easements originally granted at no cost to OUC and the City.  There are no OUC facilities located within the original easement areas and the easements are no longer needed for OUC's operations.  New easements have been granted at no cost for facilities necessary to serve the redeveloped schools sites.  The easements being released are for OCPS sites Ventura Elementary School and Rock Lake Elementary School.

Recommended Action:

Approval of the attached Releases of Easement - Orange County Public Schools and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
