Summary:
The Fleet Management Division is requesting to purchase fourteen (14) vehicles from Tropical Ford Inc., of Orlando, Florida, in the total amount of $401,190.61.  Vehicles include five (5) Ford F-150s, three (3) Ford Explorers, three (3) Ford Escapes and three (3) Ford Transit Cargo Vans, 
 
These fourteen (14) vehicles will supplement the current City Fleet, and will support the operational functions of various City Divisions.

Tropical Ford is a City-certified M/WBE firm.

Recommended Action:
Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to purchase fourteen (14) vehicles from Tropical Ford Inc., as indicated above, and issue a Purchase Order in the amount of $401,190.61.
