The subject property is located at southwest corner of Narcoossee Road and Tyson Road within the Lake Nona South Neighborhood. The property is approximately 14.63 acres (SUB2017-10025)

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor or  Mayor Pro Tem, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
