The Procurement and Contracts Division and the Recreation Division have evaluated these bids and recommend award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Spies Pool, LLC, of Kissimmee, FL for the purchase of sodium hypochlorite.
The initial contract term is one (1) year with an option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms. This is an indefinite quantity contract. Actual expenditures will vary as usage will be on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding. Based on prior usage reports and information provided by the primary user, the estimated annual expenditure is $105,304.00.

Recommended Action:
Approval of award to Spies Pool, LLC and authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to enter into an agreement and subsequent renewals with Spies Pool LLC, as indicated above, in the estimated annual amount of $105,304.00, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
