Summary:
On June 20, 2018 the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) adopted a Resolution authorizing the issuance of Tax-Exempt and Taxable Series 2018A and 2018B Revolving Credit Notes Not to Exceed $250,000,000 to provide interim financing of certain airport projects.  GOAA has requested that City Council approve the GOAA Authorizing Resolution by adopting and executing the attached City Approving Resolution.

Recommended Action:
Adoption of the Resolution and Authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Resolution and any notes, agreements, certificates and other documents necessary for the issuance of the Series 2018A and 2018B Notes
