Interlocal Agreement between Orange County and City of Orlando regarding Transfer of Jurisdiction Over Portions of East Pineloch Street and Butler's Drive
Summary:

Based on development occurring within the City, City and County staff have agreed that it would be in each other's interest to transfer two segments of County Road from County jurisdiction to City jurisdiction, namely, (i) Pineloch Avenue from the easterly right-of-way line of Sylvan Avenue to the easterly right-of-way line of South Orange Avenue and (ii) Butler's Drive from the easterly right-of-way line of South Orange Avenue to the westerly right-of-way line of Oak Place.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the Agreement in substantially the form attached and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
