Summary:
Orange County is constructing improvements to Boggy Creek Road and must acquire certain property at OIA, consisting of approximately 3,235 sq. ft. The property is owned by the City and controlled by GOAA under the Operation and Use Agreement. The County has also requested a Temporary Construction Easement consisting of approximately 2,097 sq. ft. to accommodate the construction. The County and GOAA have agreed on a sales price of $46,800.00 for both parcels based on a fair market value appraisal. Closing is contingent upon the Federal Aviation Authority issuing a letter and Deed of Release. GOAA approved the attached Purchase Agreement at its Board meeting on May 16, 2018. |
