Pursuant to the City Charter  and the attached memorandum dated May 30, 2018, GOAA has requested that City Council concur in  the approval of the following items approved by GOAA at its May 16, 2018 meeting

CA-J  Critical Rail Corridor Improvement Preparation Work Agreement, Vehicle Maintenance Facility Site Preparation Work Agreement and Sixth Amendment to Rail Line Easement Agreement between GOAA, All Aboard Florida-Operations, LLC, and the City of Orlando

CA-Q  non-budgeted expenditure of $573,820 for Job Order Construction Services Addendum to the Continuing Vertical Construction Services Agreement with Gomez Construction Company for construction services for Project V-00874, OPD Relocation (Design/Build), at Orlando International Airport (OIA)

CA-V  non-budgeted expenditure of $138,195 for BP-00848, Project BP-00488, West Security Screening Check Point (SSCP) Expansion at OIA 

CA-W  non-budgeted expenditure of $90,986 to H-00293 landslide A and B commercial Lane Improvements at OIA

CA-Z  Disposal of Surplus Property

CA-JJ  non-budgeted expenditure of $4,000,000 for West Security Screening Check Point Expansion and related costs

Concur in the approval of GOAA Consent Agenda items CA-Q, CA-V, CA, W, CA-Z, and CA-JJ from the May 16, 2018 GOAA Meeting

Approval of CA-J Critical Rail Corridor Improvement Preparation Work Agreement, Vehicle Maintenance Facility Site Preparation Work Agreement and Sixth Amendment to Rail Line Easement Agreement between GOAA, All Aboard Florida-Operations, LLC, and the City of Orlando, and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review by the City Attorney's Office.
