Summary:
The City of Orlando owns certain real property adjacent to Lake George near 4490 Dixie Belle Drive. The property was contaminated by the operation and maintenance of a cattle dipping vat prior to the city's ownership. The Florida Department of Environmental Protection reviewed the site and recommended conditional closure subject to an institutional control prohibiting the use of groundwater on the property.
