Sanitary Sewer Easement Agreements (Centerline Drive) between Lake Nona Land Company, LLC and City of Orlando
Summary:

Lake Nona Land Company, LLC, "Lake Nona", has installed certain sanitary sewer facilities in conjunction with the development of Centerline Drive for the City's provision of sewer service in the area.  Under the terms of the attached Easement Agreements, Lake Nona retains the obligation to maintain the Easement areas; however, the City assumes the obligation of maintaining the actual sewer facilities.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Easement Agreements and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
