Real Estate Purchase Agreement between Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, Central Florida Expressway Authority and City of Orlando
Summary:

In connection with the widening of State Road 528, which includes the construction of ramps and interchange improvements at SR 528 and Narcoossee Road, "Project," the Central Florida Expressway Authority, "CFX", must acquire right of way and drainage easements from property  at OIA, owned by GOAA/City.  Also, in connection with the Project, CFX must relocate Cargo Road.  Under the terms of the attached Agreement, GOAA and the City will convey certain right-of-way and drainage easements to CFX for appraised value.  However in lieu of payment, CFX has agreed to fully fund the relocation of Cargo Road.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
