Meeting Minutes - Mayor Dyer and Commissioner Hill - May 17, 2018

Summary:

A meeting was held on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at 10:15 a.m. in the Cabinet Room, Third Floor, Orlando City Hall, 400 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, Florida, between Mayor Buddy Dyer and Commissioner Regina Hill. Doug Richards, Digital Communications Manager also attended the meeting.

Mayor Dyer and Commissioner Hill discussed that a retention pond on South Street would take away housing in Parramore. She is interested in maximizing housing opportunities in this area.

Mayor Dyer and Commissioner Hill discussed Orlando City Soccer and its involvement in the Parramore community. Commissioner Hill expressed desire for the team’s continued involvement with the residents of Parramore.

Mayor Dyer and Commissioner Hill discussed Lift Orlando. Commissioner Hill expressed interest in remaining an active participant of Lift Orlando’s community outreach efforts.

The meeting concluded at approximately 10:45 a.m.
