Summary:
The Florida Department of Transportation is constructing improvements to Kirkman Road from Sand Lake Road to the East/West Expressway, "Improvements." The City operates a wastewater line within the Kirkman Road right-of-way that must be relocated to accommodate the Improvements. The City requested that FDOT construct, at the City's cost, the City's utility relocation work as part of the Improvements and FDOT has agreed to do so. The estimated cost of the City's utility relocation work is $470,528.00. |
