The initial contract term is three (3) years with the option to renew for three (3) additional twelve (12) month terms. The Procurement and Contracts Division and Streets and Stormwater Division have evaluated these bids and recommend award to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, The Budd Group, Inc.  The estimated expenditure for the initial three year term is $1,509,453.30.

No City Certified M/WBE suppliers responded.

Recommended Action:

Approval of award to The Budd Group, Inc. and authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to enter into an agreement and subsequent renewals with The Budd Group, Inc. as indicated above in the estimated amount of $1,509,453.30 for the initial three year term, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
