Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and Municipal code standards. Due to improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, the Permitting Services Division is requesting the approval of Ms. Holly Loftin's contract, as Office Assistant Contract. Ms. Loftin will be responsible for routine records maintenance, which involves sorting, coding, filing; answering telephones, taking /relaying messages and/or routing calls; and performing related clerical tasks under the direction of the Permitting Services Manager. This position is included in the FY2018 and FY2019 budgets as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about June 11, 2018 and ending June 10, 2019.
