Partial Release of Right of Way Conveyance and Construction Agreement between Moss Park Properties, LLP, Beachline South Residential, LLC, Pave-It Forward South, LLC and the City of Orlando
Summary:

Moss Park Properties, LLLP, Beachline South Residential, LLC, Pave-It Forward South, LLC and City of Orlando, entered into a Right-of-Way Conveyance and Construction Agreement, "Agreement," in November, 2016.  The Agreement provided for the construction of an extension to Dowden Road and conveyance of the necessary right of way/easements to the City, all in conjunction with the development of Storey Park, east of State Road 417 and south of SR 528.  The attached Partial Release, releases certain property from the Agreement that is no longer necessary to effectuate its terms.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Partial Release and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
