A request for final approval of a minor plat titled Omega Commercenter.  This is a 4 lot replat to allow for a future commercial development consistent with the previously approved Master Plan. The subject property is located at northwest corner of S. Semoran Blvd. and Hazeltine National Drive within the Airport North Neighborhood. The property is approximately 14.2 acres (SUB2017-00046)

Recommended Action:

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor or  Mayor Pro Tem, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
