Currently, property within the LeeVista DRI has conventional zoning and adheres to the development standards of the City of Orlando Land Development Code. Upon the effective date of the DRI Rescission, the subject property will continue to use the conventional zoning standards designated for each parcel, so therefore a local development order for the property is not needed. |
