Reclaim Water Easement Agreement between Landport Land Holding, LLC , and City of Orlando
Summary:

Landport Land Holding, LLC, "Developer," is developing certain property located within Lake Nona in the Laureate Park neighborhood.  In conjunction with its development, Developer has constructed certain reclaimed water facilities, "Facilities," for the City's provision of reclaimed water to customers in the area.  The attached Easement Agreement establishes an easement to the City over the Facilities but allocates responsibility for maintenance such that City maintains the meter assemblies, and owner maintains the remainder of the Facilities.    
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: Fund Number:  4100_F  Wastewater Revenue Fund
Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Reclaim Water Easement Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
