R.E. Dowdy #5, LLC, "Owner", owns property located at 6304 International Drive, "Property." Owner purchased the Property in 1999 subject to a ten (10) foot drainage easement along the east property line. In conjunction with Owner's operation of a restaurant on the Property, Owner has requested authorization to place a walk-in cooler encroaching into the drainage easement. Under the terms of the attached Agreement, Owner is responsible for any damages arising from placement of the cooler within the Easement and City can direct Owner to remove the cooler at any time. |
