A Request for Qualification Statements for the subject project was issued on December 18, 2017. Four (4) firms responded to this solicitation and the Consultants' Qualifications Board certified all four (4) firms on January 30, 2018. On February 21, 2018, the Advisory Committee shortlisted three (3) firms for formal interviews and oral presentations. After final presentations on March 7, 2018, the Advisory Committee met to generate a ranking of the firms as follows:
