This project will consist of furnishing all labor, specified materials, equipment, tools, services and incidentals required to complete the hydraulic improvements at Water Conserv II Water Reclamation Facility.

The Procurement and Contracts Division and Public Works Department have evaluated these bids and recommend award to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, TLC Diversified, Inc., of Palmetto, FL for the Water Conserv II WRF Hydraulic Improvements project in the amount of $365,800.00.

 

TLC Diversified, Inc., M/WBE Participation Plan for this contract is as follows.  Good Faith Efforts are substantiated.

Recommended Action:

Approval of award to TLC Diversified, Inc., and authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to enter into an agreement with TLC Diversified, Inc., as indicated above in the amount of $365,800.00, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
