Summary:

The Advisory Council of the Downtown South NID met on March 14, 2018; attached are the meeting minutes.  The main topic of discussion at this meeting was a presentation by Vic Ahmed, CEO of Innovation Pavilion of Denver, Colorado who gave a presentation on how their company develops innovation facilities throughout the United States. Vic Ahmed was visiting the SODO District and Orlando to learn more about the District and explore potential economic opportunities in the area. The Advisory Board also received annual legal training from Stacey Young Adams.

Recommended Action:
Acceptance of the Meeting Minutes of the March 14, 2018 meeting of the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District Advisory Council, and proper filing by the City Clerk.
