The attached ordinance will rezone the 1.42 acre property from O-3/T to PD/T. The PD establishes the maximum/minimum density and intensity, establishes prohibited uses, adds personal storage as an allowed use and limits the maximum height to 100 ft. The PD also establishes an underlying zoning of AC-3A/T.
The Municipal Planning Board recommended approval of this request on November 21, 2017. City Council approved the meeting minutes of the November 2017 MPB hearing on December 11, 2017. First reading of the associated Future Land Use designation amendment (Ordinance No. 2018-8) was approved by Council on January 22, 2018
