Subject:
Temporary License Agreement between City of Orlando and Orange County for the Conserv II Water Reclamation Facility

Summary:

The City is proposing to install a pipe lining system within a 48" wastewater pipe, from Kirkman Road to the Conserv II Water Reclamation Facility and within a 36" wastewater pipe from President Barack Obama Parkway to the Conserve II facility, "Project."  In order to construct the Project, the City must use certain County drainage easements for access and a temporary by-pass pipe.  The attached Temporary License Agreement memorializes the County's consent to the City's Project activities within the County easements.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
