Summary:
The attached ordinance amends the Future Land Use designation from Industrial to Public Recreational and Institutional and amends the zoning from I-G to Public (P). The property is located south of W. Washington Street, east of N. Texas Avenue and west of N. Dollins Avenue and addressed as 2100 and 2140 W. Washington Street.
The Municipal Planning Board recommended approval to amend the Future Land Use designation from Industrial to Public Recreational and Institutional (GMP2017-10021), amend the zoning from I-G to P (ZON2017-10014) and a conditional use permit for an alternative high school (CUP2017-10008) on January 16, 2018. |
