Summary:
The Information Technology Division and Procurement and Contracts Division are requesting to utilize Grand Rapids, Michigan Contract RFP#915-96-02 with OpenCities, Inc., for the purchase of Website Content Management System. The current contract term is effective through December 6, 2019 and will renew for successive one-year periods thereafter upon mutual agreement. The estimated expenditure for the first three years is $301,970.00 (initial set up plus ongoing subscription fee). This service will better connect Orlando citizens and residents to services and information relative to the existing web presence.
The City does not utilize other agencies’ contracts when there are opportunities for City-certified M/WBE firms to participate. The M/WBE office has reviewed the subject procurement and has determined that there were no City-certified M/WBE firms that are able to provide the subject goods or services. |

Recommended Action:
Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to utilize Grand Rapids, Michigan Contract RFP#915-96-02 with OpenCities, Inc., for the purchase of Website Content Management System, as indicated above, and all subsequent renewals, in the estimated amount for the first three years of $301,970.00, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office. |
