The Fleet Management Division and the Procurement and Contracts Division have evaluated the bid submittals and recommend award of a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Prestige Ford, Inc.

These twelve (12) vehicles will replace twelve (12) like-kind vehicles, currently in use by the Construction Services section of the Capital Improvement Division, which are scheduled for replacement.

The Minority Business Enterprise Division concurs with the Procurement and Contracts Division and the Fleet Management Division recommendations for the award of IFB18-0162, Purchase of Ford Escape Vehicles to Prestige Ford, Inc., a City-Certified MBE firm.

Recommended Action:
Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to execute a contract with Prestige Ford, Inc., in the estimated amount of $260,002.00, as indicated above.
