Summary:
A FY17-18 Community Investment Program grant award to Aspire Health, Inc. was approved by City Council on November 13, 2017. The award was given to support the work of Zebra Coalition, Inc., which was under the auspices of Aspire Health, Inc. Zebra Coalition, Inc. provides services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and all youth (LGBT+) from age 13 to 24. Zebra Coalition, Inc. has requested the award to be transferred to their name. Zebra Coalition, Inc. has secured the necessary 501(c)3 designation from the IRS and has all of the necessary assurances and credentials to receive City of Orlando funding. |

Recommended Action:
Approve a change in name of the Community Investment Program grant award from Aspire Health, Inc. to Zebra Coalition, Inc. There are no changes in contracted services or agreement terms. |
