Summary:
Amendment to the Sports and Entertainment District Planned Development (SED PD) to incorporate additional property, revise the development program and development and phasing plans, amend the signage program and update the traffic impact analysis. Specifically, the project contemplates a mixed-use development consisting of festival plaza space and approximately 200,000 sq. ft. of office space, 166,000 sq. ft. of retail space, a 250-room hotel with expo center, 310 dwelling units and a 2,500-space parking garage.
The attached PD ordinance approves only a "framework" plan for the project. The individual components will require Municipal Planning Board (MPB) review of specific parcel master plans, whether this project develops as one phase or multiple phases.
The MPB recommended approval of the PD amendment on November 21, 2017. City Council approved the MPB minutes on December 11, 2017. |
