Summary:
Ivanhoe Place, LLC has requested that the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) and the City release two existing easements that were originally granted at no cost to OUC and the City on January 14, 1978 and April 10, 1985, respectively. There are no OUC facilities located within either of the original easements and neither is required any longer for OUC’s operations. New easements have been acquired for OUC facilities within the new development. The easements being released are located east of Alden Road and north of Virginia Drive. |

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Release of Easement - The Yard at Ivanhoe Place and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office. |
