Employment Agreement for Dominique Davis, Site Review Technician

Summary:
Due to a significant and sustained increase in permitting activity, site review engineers are in need of the support of an experienced site review technician who can assist with larger, more complicated projects and undertake smaller projects on his/her own.  The site review technician must employ tact and diplomacy in dealing with the public, with the knowledge and ability to explain Code requirements to applicants.  Ms. Davis already possesses these traits, and employment in Engineering Services will also enable her to further her engineering career. 

Fiscal & Efficiency Data: The Fiscal Impact Statement is attached.

Recommended Action:
Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Employment Agreement with Ms. Dominique Davis, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
