Summary:

Amend Sections 61.210 through 61.214 and associated figures and table of the Land Development Code.  These sections assign functional, access, and context classifications to all streets within the City limits and establish right-of-way requirements for future streets.  These sections have not been amended since 1993, are missing large areas of the City annexed and developed in the past two decades, and do not currently reflect the latest City policies and practices toward street and right-of-way management.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data:

No direct fiscal impact is expected with these amendments.
Recommended Action:

Adopt the attached ordinance No. 2017-74 and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk or Mayor Pro Tempore and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City upon final review and approval by the City Attorney.
