Use of Polk County Contract with ISI Water Company for Review of Unbilled or Misbilled Utility Services, C18-0157

Summary:

The Solid Waste Division is requesting to utilize Polk County Contract #RFP 16-431 with ISI Water Company for the review, analysis and correction of unbilled or misbilled utility services. 

The current contract term is effective through September 30, 2021.   This is an indefinite quantity contract.  Actual expenditures will vary, depending on the result of the suppliers recovery efforts.  Based on information provided by the primary user, the estimated annual expenditure is $250,000.00 (60% of the funds recovered). 

M/WBE is not applicable due to the fact that this is a piggyback procurement.

Recommended Action:
Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to utilize the Polk County Contract with ISI Water Company as indicated above in the estimated annual amount of $250,000.00, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
