Summary:
This is the Memorandum of Understanding for the Community Aesthetic Feature (CAF) that was initially approved by City Council on July 19, 2017, item # 170710J02.  The reason for the memorandum is to ensure that the City of Orlando has no financial responsibility for the installation or maintenance of the CAF.

Recommended Action:
Approve the Memorandum of Understanding.
