Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and Municipal code standards. Due to improvements in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting to renew Mr. Ralph Pizzuti's position as Plumbing Plans Examiner. Mr. Pizzuti will perform building safety reviews of plans and sites to ensure new constructions/renovations of structures are in compliance with all federal, state, and local codes, regulations, ordinances, and statutes. This position is included in the budget as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about June 5, 2018 and ending June 4, 2019. |
