Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring that development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and municipal code standards. Due to improvements in the economy and an increase in construction activity, the Permitting Services Division is requesting the approval for the renewal of Mr. Brandon Albright's contract in the Plans Examiner II - Building - Contract position. Mr. Albright is responsible for performing building plan review to ensure new constructions/renovations of structures are in compliance with all national, state, and local codes. This position is included in the FY2018 and FY2019 budgets as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about May 1, 2018 and ending April 30, 2019. |
