Lake Nona Land Company, LLC, "Lake Nona", has constructed Lake Nona Blvd., Phase, IV, and attendant infrastructure.  The roadway portion was constructed primarily within existing City right-of-way but certain utilities were not.  In conjunction with the formal conveyance of Lake Nona Blvd., Phase IV, to the City, easements over the attendant utility infrastructure outside the existing right-of-way must also be conveyed to the City.  The attached Easement Agreements consist of a Temporary Utility Easement Agreement, four Reclaim Water Easement Agreements and three Sanitary Sewer Easement Agreements.  Upon execution, the City will assume maintenance of the meter assemblies associated with the reclaimed water infrastructure and the entire sanitary sewer infrastructure.
