A resolution adopting a review process and standards of review for award of a Local Government Preference under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
Summary:

The Florida Housing Finance Corporation (the "FHFC") has recently, or will soon, issue Request for Application #2017-113 (RFA 2017-113) under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. 

The FHFC's competitive review process under RFA 2017-113 will give preference to applicants that have secured a financial contribution to their project from the applicable local government (known as the "Local Government Preference"). The purpose of this resolution is to adopt a review process and standards of review for the City of Orlando's possible award of a Local Government Preference under RFA 2017-113.

Adoption.
