Summary:
| This grant applicationis for four projects. The first project is to purchase CPR training equipment for the Hands-Only CPR program.The equipment includes AED Trainers and infant CPR manikins.The Orlando Fire Department is seeking $9,001.60 for this project. The second project is for three automatic chest compression devices at a cost of $38,394.00. The thirdproject is for approximately 15 video laryngoscopes to be placed on OFD rescues at a cost of $15,000.The fourth project is for cadaver lab training at Florida Hospital Celebration for approximately 60 medics at a cost of $4,000.The total request is for $66,395.60 in equipment.If awarded, the fire department will provide quotes for the equipment and trainingto be purchased to Orange County and they will procure on our behalf. The City will be the recipient of equipment and materials only and no actual funds will be received. |
