Recommended Action:
Accept the meeting minutes and approve the actions of the Board of Zoning Adjustment for the Meeting of August 22, 2017 (item #6, VAR2017-10008, 642 W. Church St. Alcohol Sales).  Please note that this item was not approved by City Council along with all the remaining BZA items approved on September 25, 2017, because staff received an appeal for this case on August 22, 2017, after that BZA hearing had occurred. However, the appellant did not complete a timely filing of required documentation, and thus, the hearing officer denied the appeal.
