Loan Agreement between the City of Orlando and the Historical Society of Central Florida, Inc., for the display of historic City records in the upcoming History Center exhibit "Kehillah: A History of Jewish Life in Greater Orlando."
Summary:
The attached "Incoming Loan Agreement" will allow the City Clerk, as custodian of the City's records, to loan certain historic City Council minutes to the Orange County Regional History Center (the "History Center") for the upcoming exhibit Kehillah: A History of Jewish Life in Greater Orlando. The term of the loan is October 20, 2017 through March 12, 2018. The History Center will insure the loaned items and will make the items available for public inspection in accordance with the Florida Public Records Act.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No fiscal impact.
Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Incoming Loan Agreement and authorizing the City Clerk, as custodian of City records, to execute on behalf of the City of Orlando upon final review and approval by the City Attorney.
