City of Orlando/Metroplan Orlando Funding Agreement for FY 2017-2018
Summary:
Metroplan Orlando has the lead role in formulating Regional Transportation Plans and Programs for Central Florida and coordinating transportation issues between local entities and the Florida Department of Transportation. By the attached agreement, the City will provide Metroplan Orlando with the annual funding in the amount of $135,876.00 for FY 2017-2018 to support the functions necessary to achieve Metroplan Orlando's desired role in planning and funding the Orlando Kissimmee Urban Area Transportation System.

Recommended Action:
Authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute Metroplan Orlando Funding Agreement for FY 2017-2018, subject to review and approval by the Office of Legal Affairs, and subject to final budget approval by the City Council.
