Employment Agreement - Bambi McDougald, Youth Prevention/Intervention Coordinator - Contract

Summary:

On January 11, 2017, the Orlando City Council approved an Employment Agreement with Ms. Bambi McDougald to serve in the capacity of Youth Prevention/Intervention Coordinator for Parramore Kidz Zone (PKZ). 

This item authorizes a six month renewal of MS. McDougald's Employment Agreement, so that she can continue developing and managing comprehensive intervention programs, services, and resources that will serve at-risk youth and young adults in Parramore, to prevent dropping out of school, becoming involved in criminal activity, or other negative outcomes, through March 31, 2018.

This position is fully budgeted in FPR's annual budget.

Recommended Action:

Approve the attached Employment Agreement with Ms. Bambi McDougald and authorize signature by the Mayor/Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk, subject to satisfactory review by the City Attorney's Office.
