Off-System Maintenance Agreement between Florida Department of Transportation and City of Orlando

Summary:
In an effort to address water quality issues in Spring Lake, the Florida Department of Transportation, has agreed to install a hydrodynamic separator, at its cost, to remove debris from a portion of the stormwater entering the lake.  Under the terms of the Agreement, the City will maintain the separator.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
