Meeting Minutes of the August 9, 2017 Advisory Council of the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District
Summary:
The Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District (DSNID) Advisory Council met on August 9, 2017.  Attached are the meeting minutes.  The major topics of discussion at this meeting included the introduction of a new project manager/executive director for the DSNID, Martin Hudson, who recently joined the City staff.  A presentation was also given by the DSNID's consultants, GAI Consultants, on the documentation and work following the charrette for the District that occurred in June 2017.  The presentation (attached) includes strategies for potential cross sections for major streets in the area.

Recommended Action:
Acceptance by the Board of Directors (City Council) of the attached minutes of the August 9, 2017 meeting of the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District Advisory Council, and proper filing by the City Clerk.
